A poet, cat-lover, huge fan of funnies, and work for 8 hours five days of the week in front of a computer screen testing software . . . this place is a haven for me and lightens my days when I think I might go mad being bored at work during the quiet periods where there's little to do. :p I grew up reading the Sunday comics we'd get out of the newspaper and I can recall my brother and I fighting over them every single Sunday . . . I love the fact that most of them are still here where I can peruse and enjoy at my leisure and remember those halcyon days of yore. ;)

We testers absolutely hate, loathe, despise, and abominate being forced to allow a development to go to production when it hasn’t been properly “hammered”. A lot of the time our hands are forced. :( :( :( Of course we always get blamed! I make sure to “cover my a$$” and document in the development’s ticket that the CTO approved this change and forced my hand (put much more tactfully of course).
