Of course it’s cute when Cobra betrays Rip. That’s her schtick, after all. Of course, she also help Rip out of a jam from time to time, so there’s no hard feeling. However, it’s definitely out of character for Dutch to betray Rip. Either this is just a dream (As has been said) or that’s not really Dutch. It could be just a goon disguised as Dutch in order to mess with Rip.
